Terms of Service
This page summarizes how Deploia.ai may be used today. It is not a substitute for formal legal review, but it captures the product realities you care about as a developer.
1. Service scope
- Deploia analyzes public GitHub repositories via a read-only GitHub App.
- Outputs include stack summaries, provider fit recommendations, and optional paid launch implementation plans.
- Launch plans are plan-only and are not executed by Deploia.
2. Assessments, not certifications
- Readiness scores, verdicts, findings, and launch plans are evidence-based assessments of signals detected in your repository files at the time of the scan. They are not a security audit, a penetration test, a code review, or a certification of fitness for production.
- Scans read repository files only. They do not observe runtime behavior, infrastructure, deployed environments, third-party services, or anything outside the scanned branch at the scanned commit.
- A favorable score or verdict means no blocking findings were detected in the areas scanned — it does not mean your application is free of defects, vulnerabilities, or launch risks.
- You remain solely responsible for the decision to launch, for testing and validating your application, and for compliance with laws applicable to your product and your users.
3. No source code storage
- We do not persist your repository source code.
- We store only derived signals and metadata needed to render reports and launch plans.
- Logs and events are designed to avoid secrets and source content.
4. Internal use license
- Reports and launch plans are provided for your team's internal use with the analyzed repositories.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or offer Deploia reports or launch plans as a competing service without prior written permission from Deploia.
- All rights in the Deploia service, reports, and launch plans remain with Deploia. “All rights reserved.”
5. Estimates and third‑party services
- Any cost or capacity guidance is an estimate only. You are responsible for your cloud bills.
- Cloud provider programs, limits, and credits change; always confirm against official documentation.
- Deploia is not affiliated with any listed providers; references are nominative and for routing only.
6. No warranty
- The service, reports, scores, launch plans, and assistant responses are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
- We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any assessment will identify every issue relevant to your deployment.
7. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deploia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its outputs.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to Deploia in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
